Franklin E. Graham -- President and Consultant

Frank Graham brings more than two decades of experience in broadcast news to Convergent Communications Consultants. In 1999, he founded C3 along with other former employees of McHugh & Hoffman.
Frank spent nearly ten years in news management for Hearst Broadcasting before joining M&H in March 1990. Frank was the news director at WBAL-TV during a period in which the news department was consistently rated Baltimore's outstanding news operation. He has been involved in the full range of strategic and operational issues confronting news departments and news directors today. Expansion of news programming, introduction of community involvement campaigns, strategic newscast positioning, major talent negotiations, establishment of news management teams, and newscast production techniques are among his areas of expertise.
Frank has a broad market and news media background. He has held television news management roles at stations in small markets with less than twenty staff members, medium markets with forty staff members, and two top 25 markets with large staffs. His experience in radio news and newspaper management contribute to his understanding of television audience behavior.
Frank is a longtime member of RTNDA and a past president of the Illinois News Broadcasters Association. He holds a BS degree in communications and journalism from the University of Illinois.
